Yesterday we launched our Taste & Talk series with the first part of our interview with Jeff Miller, Owner Partner and Head of Winemaking Operations at Artisan Family of Wines. Jeff shared how he got started making wine, a little about how Artisan got started, the origin of the name and a few other interesting facts.
Today in Part 2, Jeff shares his winemaking philosophy, vineyard management approach and whether or not being a small boutique winery allows him to take more risks or forces him to play it a bit more safely. This segment is a bit longer but Jeff's technical yet passionate approach to making wine and active involvment in vineyard management are interesting and worth your time. This information is really getting us primed to taste Jeff's wine and shoot our video tasting notes.
So sit back, pour yourself a glass of wine (unless you're at the office - or maybe your office allows that in which case hook me up with a job) and enjoy listening to Jeff Miller.
